Christian Coaching “Code of Ethics”

 

• We hold ourselves accountable to the highest level of integrity, honoring Jesus Christ individually and corporately, in all my associations with clients and colleagues. 

 

• We will honor our Christian values in professional conduct, placing neither blame nor blemish on the name of Christ, or the coaching profession.

 

• We will represent ourselves honestly and clearly to every client, We challenge growth and development, fostered through a call for action. 

 

• We will curtail objectivity judgments and personal prejudices. 

 

• We will maintain complete confidentiality with every client, within the confines of the law.

 

• We will never give a client’s name to anyone, for any purpose, without express permission.

 

• We will refer a client to another coach if we are not within our area of expertise or comfort, so the client gets the best possible coaching.

 

• We will judiciously avoid conflicts of interest. If any should arise, We shall, without delay, inform concerned parties of our position. 

 

• We will be clear with every client about the nature of the coaching relationship, including structure, fees, refunds, expectations and guarantees.

 

• We will actively pursue well being, wholeness, and continual learning in our own life.
